Buffalo Wings spicy sauce and blue cheese

24 chicken wings
1 / 2 cup butter
1 cup hot sauce
D'vegetable oil, for frying

Cut the ends of the wings and rejection. Other Cut chicken wings in half to the municipality. Deep fry wings in about 2 inches of oil in skillet until done. Drain on paper towels. Melt the butter and hot sauce. Dip wings fried in the sauce. Serve with a spicy blue cheese dip or dressing and celery sticks.

1 / 4 C. Tea cayenne pepper
