Baby back ribs
2 full racks (neighborhoods) baby back ribs
1-quarter beef broth
2 cups barbecue sauce (recommended: Bullseye Original barbecue sauce)
1 cup honey
Place ribs and beef broth in a large heavy pot or Dutch oven and add enough water to fully cover the ribs. Simmer over low heat for about 1 hour. Once tender, remove and set aside.
Preheat grill to medium heat. In a medium bowl, combine barbecue sauce and honey. Brush the ribs generously with sauce and grill about 4 minutes per side or until the degree of doneness.
